How do I secure my hospitality package booking?
To secure your hospitality package booking, you must complete and sign the booking form and return it to Megapro. Hospitality packages will only be allocated once the signed agreement and full payment have been received.
When is payment due? Do I need to pay the full amount
upfront?
The full purchase price is payable upon receipt of a tax invoice. Hospitality packages and tickets will only be released once full payment has been received.
Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?
Hospitality package bookings are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled by the buyer for any reason, Megapro reserves the right to retain the full purchase price.
Can I transfer my hospitality package or tickets to
someone else?
Hospitality packages and passes may not be transferred, resold, or used by unauthorised persons. Any unauthorised transfer may result in access being denied.
Are there any additional costs besides the package price?
Additional costs may include VAT, courier or delivery charges, and special dietary requirement surcharges.

Are hospitality packages guaranteed once I submit a
booking request?
All hospitality packages are subject to availability at the time of booking and may also be affected by restrictions imposed by event organisers, federations, stadiums, or unions. If your selected package is unavailable, we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.
What is included in the hospitality package price?
Hospitality package inclusions vary depending on the event and hospitality option selected. Full details of inclusions will be outlined in the hospitality proposal or quotation provided for the specific event.
What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
Refunds for postponed or cancelled events are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific event.
When and how will I receive my tickets or hospitality
package details?
Megapro will advise you of the collection or delivery arrangements of tickets or hospitality packages prior to the event. Tickets and hospitality packages will only be released once full payment has been received. Courier charges, where applicable, are for the buyer’s account.
What happens if bad weather affects the event?
Adverse weather conditions do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Ticket holders assume the risks associated with weather conditions and seat locations at the venue.
